Supported Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Methods

When connecting to providers through Entri Connect, different MFA methods are available depending on your provider.

Provider: Amazon

For Amazon connections, the following MFA methods are supported:

  • Authenticator App (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.)

  • Email verification codes

Note: Other MFA methods are not currently supported for Amazon provider. Unsupported methods should go to manual setup instead.

All Other Providers

For non-Amazon providers that require MFA, you can use any of these methods:

  • SMS text messages

  • Authenticator App (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.)

  • Email verification codes
